Please use the below form to submit upcoming events that a West Virginia Storytelling Guild member is performing in, presenting, or associated with to be listed on the Events page!

SUBMISSION DEADLINES:

The Events page will be updated three times a year, starting in 2024. You must submit your event by the listed deadline to guarantee your event being listed by the appropriate date. You can submit for events after the listed deadline, but being published on the website in time will not be guaranteed.

Add the date the event will start. If this is an event that occurs over multiple days, list the VERY FIRST DAY of the event. Example: if it is for a weekend-long festival, starting on Friday the 14th through Sunday the 16th, you will enter the 14th as the start date. Add the time the event will start. If this is an event that occurs over multiple days, list the VERY BEGINNING of the event. Example: if it is for a two-day festival with performances at 10am, 12pm, & 2pm, you would enter "10:00am" for the start time. You can list additional information in the description of the event.

Add the date the event will end. If the event is a single-day event, the end date can be the same as the start date. If this is an event that occurs over multiple days, list the VERY LAST DAY of the event. Example: if it is for a weekend-long festival, starting on Friday the 14th through Sunday the 16th, you will enter the 16th as the start date. You can list additional information in the description of the event.

Add the time the event will start. If this is an event that occurs over multiple days, list the VERY END of the event. Example: if it is for a two-day festival that concludes with a final event that starts at 4pm and lasts for an hour, you would list "5pm" as the Finish Time.
